When inmates will get to come to a prison facility in Oregon
A new state-of-the-art facility in southern Oregon is set to open in a prison-like setting in 2022.
The Franklin Correctional Facility is the largest facility in the state for federal offenders and will house up to 600 inmates, including up to 30 women.
It will be the first facility to house women in the United States and the largest in the world.
It has a private chapel and a state-owned gymnasium and will also house a prison museum, a women’s shelter and an academic building.
The facility is slated to open this summer, and the facility will be able to house as many as 20,000 inmates, said Wayne O’Brien, president and CEO of the Oregon Correctional Association.
It’s not the first correctional facility in Maine to welcome women to their facilities.
The Bangor Correctional Facility in Bangor, Maine, will be opening in 2019.
A similar facility in Portland, Maine was opened in 2014.
The new facility is a part of a larger project that includes the construction of new dormitories, a new recreation center, a jail and an office building.
“This facility has the capability to provide a lot of services for the inmates in the correctional facilities,” O’Connor said.
“It will enable them to be better treated, better treated by our staff.”
Prisoner advocates are optimistic about the facility, which is designed to help offenders return to their lives.
“The facility provides the most innovative rehabilitation program in the country,” said Julie Johnson, president of Prisoners of Color of Maine.
“I’m so excited that we are able to share our stories and give them the opportunity to be treated and to get out of this system.”
In addition to the facility in Franklin, inmates in Maine will be housed at the Penobscot Correctional Institution in Plymouth.
Prisoners of color are the fastest growing group in the U.S.
Prisons in Maine have a high recidivism rate and an increasing number of people are incarcerated for nonviolent crimes, said John T. Smith, the executive director of the Maine Coalition for Human Services.
The program was created as part of the Obama administration’s re-entry program, which began in the 1980s, Smith said.
It allows inmates to reenter the community with skills, work experience and skills that will assist them to return to society.
“We’ve been working with this program for a number of years and it has been really effective at reducing the recidivist rate,” Smith said in an interview.
The prison’s first day of operations will be Wednesday.
