Costa Rica, Uruguay and Mexico play on World Cup qualifying tie
Costa Rica and Uruguay are the only CONCACAF nations to have qualified for the World Cup, with the third-place team from Costa Rica beating Uruguay 2-1 on Wednesday in a qualifying game in Mexico City.
Costa Rica will play Costa Rica on Tuesday (17:00 GMT) and Uruguay on Wednesday (18:00).
The winner of the qualifying game will progress to a group stage match against a group from CONCACaf’s other top-four countries, the United States, Brazil and Colombia.
The second-placed team from that group will play Mexico on Thursday.
Costa Rican national team goalkeeper Carlos Pizarro was the first player in history to make more than 100 appearances for both sides.
