A $1.5 billion jail is coming to Phoenix

The federal government has announced it is moving forward with plans to build a $1 billion jail in Arizona.

The $1,200 million project, called Project Phoenix, will house federal inmates for several years, with a goal of serving up to 3,000 inmates by 2026.

It is one of several planned federal facilities in the country.

The $1bn is part of a larger $1 trillion prison-building plan.

The project will also include the construction of a prison medical clinic, a prison school, a mental health center, and housing for prisoners.

A prison medical facility will be built in northern Arizona.

A new facility for federal inmates is expected to be ready in 2020, and the construction will start once the project is complete.

The facility will house around 3,500 federal inmates, the Bureau of Prisons said in a statement.

The Federal Prison Service (FPS) will continue to manage and administer federal prisoners, including the prisoners in the facility, and provide services, such as inmate welfare, to the prisoners.

The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) released a new inmate population report on Thursday that showed the number of prisoners in federal facilities grew by 13.9% between January and March 2018, compared to the same period a year earlier.

The number of inmates increased by 8.7% between December 2018 and March 2019.
