What is the JPay Facility login process?
JPay’s online payment portal is designed to simplify the process of setting up and managing an online wallet.
But there are also problems.
For example, some customers report that they can’t log in with their login credentials because the website is confusing about the password requirement.
A spokesperson for JPay confirmed that the company is investigating these issues.
For its part, PayPal has been testing a new login mechanism that requires users to enter their JPay login credentials, as opposed to using the login prompt they’re already familiar with.
The login prompt will appear in the browser as “Login Confirmation” and allow customers to enter a username and password, and then log in to the site.
If you’re using a browser that doesn’t support the login feature, you’ll be prompted to enter your password every time you visit the site, the spokesperson explained.
If this login prompt doesn’t appear on your browser, you can manually log in using a username or password, but if you do that, it won’t be saved.
JPay also noted that a large number of customers report the login process is confusing.
“We’ve seen many customers report frustration at this point, but it is our goal to address this as quickly as possible,” the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson also noted JPay has been in contact with customers and users about these issues, and the company’s team is working on improving the login experience.
It is not yet clear if the login prompts will be rolled out to other platforms.
Jpay also has problems with its billing process.
A new billing page for Jpay users states, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.”
However, the company said it is working with PayPal and other third-party providers to address the issue.
“The issue is with JPay, not with PayPal,” a spokesperson said in an email.
“PayPal and its partners are working closely with Jpay to resolve the issue.”
JPay is working to fix the login issue and has a new billing site, so the company won’t have to deal with the login confusion, the spokeswoman added. For more:
